Photographer: Adzua Dinizulu
Make up: all done in photoshop.. check out before an after in my gallery under experimental .

i worked so hard on this... This took days non stop and was draining but fun.. I really gave my best efforts and i can be proud for that... I will continue to push myself.

Inspired by the images and music of Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Aaliyah, Missy Elliot, Beyonce, Evanescence, Rihanna, Flyleaf and Nicki Minaj. I listened to their music throughout this process.
These are and were great woman who continued/continue to break the mold of what it means to be a woman... in a society to which since the time of Eden woman have been damned to be the rib cage of men instead of made of clay just as equally.
I get frustrated with all the chatter and the name calling and unnecessary criticism, brought upon to woman by themselves and others around them.... Sometimes i wish the Amazonian woman were more than a myth... So this is to celebrate their beauty...Their strength... their wisdom... because without them, Who would give birth to god creatures? or be the vessel to which life itself is developed and created. So yes they are everything.
I am the sun, I am the earth, I am heaven and i need to be loved just like everybody else does<--- change in lyrics.:-)

NIce shop hun! I love how you put this together and found that if I listened to Morrissey's "How Soon Is Now" made this shop even better. I agree ith what you said about women in today's culture. We still stigmatize them to be good, chaste and docile. I think that is bullsh*$! There are some very talented women in the world but I get frustrated with the ones that sell sex to make their name. That is a total cliche and a set back for women with real talent. I do know the difference between sexy and slutty and alot of women are trying to fool people into thinking that they have talent because they show their body to the damn world. I know that I would not want to be know as the hot piece of ass that got popular because I am all about sex. I would want to be popular because I have talent and can be sexy but that takes a back burner to my talent.

But then its okay for a guy to do it.. think about... taylor lautner vs. Miley cyrus.... he can walk around half naked as a seventeen year old and everyone praises him for it... but once poor gurl wheres a birdsuit.. and dances. the whole world goes to a stop to criticize her..
their are double standards to what a girl should be vs. what allot of stuff that men get away with... I think people never see the big picture... they treat these women like they are pornstars.. This is so old just like the time when they were trying to stone mary in the bible. My thoughts is its just a body... When i see it.. its mostly in rebellion.. and thats what sells it to the youth... not actually the lust factor more than the fact that someone is standing against what society tells them they should or shouldn't be. Why is it okay for men to be proud of their bodies and sexuality but women be ashamed of it. Its so much of how you feel about yourself than any other part... I have no reason to call anyone a slut because they are all human beings... and its our societies rules that set such restrictions. I believe that there are more to a story in a person that what people judge them for... and the only way to characterize someone that way is to.. dehumanize them.
